You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. When it comes to PYRFECT, Sierra comes pretty close! Especially for a girl who's been moved around a lot and has been waiting for just the right family for quite some time. Sierra is looking for a family with another dog in the home to keep her company, she prefers to not be left alone much. She is wonderful with cats and she loves kiddos!
