Sarge

My story

Sarge is a happy boy who has the softest ears and the most beautiful eyes.He was surrendered after 2 years when he grabbed a kid's hand while the kid was playing basketball causing the hand to be bruised (but there was NO broken skin). It is very possible he went for the ball and accidently got the hand instead. There were never any other incidents ever prior to this event. Just to be safe, a home without young children is preferred (teenagers should be ok). Sarge is good with other dogs having lived with 4 other dogs for the last several years. We do not know what he thinks of cats. He is very playful and he responds well to treats for training. Sarge is about 4 years old and 66 pounds. Please help Sarge find the loving home he deserves. Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes. If they have been housebroken in the past, they will need time to acclimate to a new home routine from the shelter.
