Meet Sugar Pie, a beautiful 7-year-old girl with a tender heart and a quiet spirit. She may not be the first to rush up for attention, but with patience, understanding, and a little time to adjust, her true personality shines — and it’s absolutely worth the wait.Sugar Pie is looking for a calm, cat-savvy home where her boundaries are respected and her space is honored. She thrives with someone who understands feline behavior and can offer the gentle encouragement she needs to come out of her shell.Once she feels safe and secure, Sugar Pie blossoms into a loyal, loving companion — the kind of cat who will quietly steal your heart. If you`re the kind of person who believes in second chances and the beauty of trust, Sugar Pie might just be your perfect match.--Adoption Fee WaivedAdoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 822. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday. Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 21 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
