My story

Hello there! My name is Kat and I'm a black tabby kitty who is pretty as can be. I'm shy and conflicted right now (the shelter can be stressful for some kitties). I like to hide in my bed behind a blanket where I can see you, but you can't see me (so relaxing!). Let's take our time getting acquainted - please speak softly and move slowly. I promise I'm worth the little extra effort! Then, you'll see what a sweet, loveable girl I am. I appreciate visitors stopping by to see me and I like it when you talk to me. When I'm comfortable with you, I enjoy pets. I'm looking for a loving person to share their life with me and help me to blossom and live my best kitty life. I'm good company and would love to join you on the sofa for a Hallmark movie. Do I sound like just the kitty your life is missing? I hope so! You should come by the shelter to meet me.
