Scrappy

My story

Scrappy is waiting for his forever home. His siblings were adopted years ago and still he waits. He is a good, interesting cat who is cautious. He keeps to himself mostly. He actually likes to be petted and really leans into it. He just hasn’t convinced himself that he really likes it. Scrappy is not currently a lap cat. He’ll share space with his human caregiver, but he prefers the company of other cats or himself. He a bit of a loner. He needs someone who understands that or who has the patience and willingness to work at his turtle speed pace for socializing. Scrappy loves to curl up with his friend Murietta. She, too, is leery of people. They’re two peas in a pod. Scrappy is very bonded to his friend Murietta. They must be adopted together. Scrappy and Murietta are currently in foster care.
