My story

Beefy is one big bundle of love! This sweet 3-month-old Rottweiler/Hound mix shows his affection with endless puppy kisses, tail wags, and snuggles — and not just with people, but with other dogs too. He absolutely loves playing with the resident dogs in his foster home and would thrive either as an only dog or as part of a playful pack. Beefy is a handsome brindle boy who is very treat-motivated, making training a breeze. He’s incredibly smart, listens well to his foster, and is already potty trained! While the crate isn't his favorite place at first, he quickly settles down for a nap after a few minutes. He loves squeaky toys, exploring his foster’s yard, and soaking up all the love and attention he can get. Beefy may be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he realizes you’re there to give him pets and love, he warms up quickly. Beefy came to our rescue after being found on a walking trail in Parkville with his siblings. Now, he’s ready to find a forever family who will appreciate his silly, active, affectionate, and happy personality.
