My story

0807 Joie aka JoJoe is fostered in Ottumwa, IA Please meet this beautiful girl, Jojo.  Jojo was originally surrendered because she jumped on a former owner and broke her owner's hip.  Jojo has been boarded at one of our foster home's doggie daycare and doing well.  Jojo is a stunning, sophisticated female black tri standard Australian Shepherd, who is 6 years old and currently weighs 50 lbs.   Jojo is dog friendly and truly loves going to doggie daycare. Jojo is house trained, crate trained and has done well with all the dogs in her foster home and at doggie daycare.  She has done well with grooming and vet care. Jojo was previously an only dog (former owner) so this may be the ideal situation for her, but she does go to doggie daycare on a daily basis.   Jojo has some nice basic obedience commands, but brushing up on those would be ideal for her.  She has been introduced to dogs of all sizes and ages.  She has also done well with cats.  Because of her size, we do recommend no kids under 10 years of age.  Jojo was used to a physically fenced yard, so any adopter without a physical fence, would need to work on recall to solidify this, although she does have some recall.   Jojo is a sweet soul looking for an adoptive home to be your #1 sidekick.  She is always be up for an adventure, whether it's on a adventure hike or a mile hike in the woods.  If you feel like Jojo would be a good fit for you, please visit our website for more information on our adoption process and a link to our adoption application.   JoJo is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccinations and receiving monthly prevention for fleas, ticks and heartworms.
