My story

When you hear the name Chuck, you probably picture an all-around great guy—friendly, easygoing, and a total people magnet. Well, this little guy lives up to the name and then some! Chuck is a 10-year-old pup with a Chihuahua-ish vibe (we’re not quite sure what else he’s mixed with, but whatever it is, it works!). He’s the kind of dog who forms a strong bond with his person and isn’t always keen on sharing them—he prefers slow introductions with other dogs and would do best with smaller ones. Older children who understand doggy boundaries would be a great fit for him. Chuck is a social butterfly on walks—he loves greeting people and dogs along the way and making his presence known. Walks are his absolute favorite thing in the whole wide world—the longer, the better! At home, he’s a sweet, silly, and affectionate little guy who loves to snuggle up next to you or curl up close in bed. He’s got a big personality in a little body and makes a wonderful, loyal companion. Oh—and Chuck is fully vetted! He’s neutered, up to date on all his shots, and even had a professional dental cleaning. He’s feeling fresh and ready to find his forever home!
