My story

The day after his owner passed away of cancer, Clancee was surrendered to Shelter Hope. He was in pretty bad shape, clearly suffering from malnutrition. He is feeling so much better after an overdue grooming, nail trim, and dental appointment. Despite the cataracts on his eyes, he has some sight and hearing that helps him get around just fine. He has a torn ACL but he still absolutely loves to walk. Clancee is a very sweet senior boy who wants nothing more than to be next to a human. Be ready to adopt. Adoptions can happen quickly so be prepared for our call, only apply for dogs that every family member in the home wants, and wait to apply until you return from your vacation.
