My story

Meet Billy, an adorable and affectionate little pup with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. Born on February 3, 2025, Billy came into our care with his sister after being surrendered by their previous owner. They were part of an unwanted litter, and by the time they arrived at the rescue, the rest of their siblings had already been given away far too young. Despite his uncertain start, Billy has embraced every new experience with resilience and joy. He’s an easygoing boy who loves to romp around with toys, explore the yard with curiosity, and then plop down for a good cuddle session. Billy has a gentle soul and an eager-to-please attitude that makes him a joy to be around. He’s picking up on routines quickly and looks to his humans for reassurance and affection. Whether he’s chasing a ball, learning something new, or simply curled up by your side, Billy brings a sweet and comforting energy to every moment. He’s currently thriving in a foster home in Texas, where he’s learning all about the world in a safe and loving environment. Billy is ready to find a forever family who will continue to guide him, love him, and let his big heart shine. If you're looking for a loyal, snuggly, and playful companion, Billy just might be your perfect match. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
