My story

Who`s looking for a dog with a big heart, that gives big hugs? Meet Giovanni, he is 5 years old and weighs 51 pounds. He loves people and is very friendly. Giovanni is walked by volunteers and joins playgroups. It is recommended he live with female dogs only. Our staff can do any introductions to ensure a good match. On a recent break from the shelter they said, `We went to Loose Park, then we hung out at my apartment for a couple of hours. After that, we went to another park for another good walk. He is so sweet and immediately friendly with strangers. Giovanni met my 4yo son and did really well. He takes treats really softly! He prefers praise over treats. He gives excellent kisses. We are working on sit, stay, and wait. He loves cuddles and likes being close to you.`He has been neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Giovanni is living in a foster home.
