My story

Meet Faith! This mellow, gray tabby female older kitten tolerates being held upright for a short while. Faith is friendly with trusted folks, shy of strangers and is affectionate on her terms. Faith was born to a stray mom cat in August 2024 and she received no medical care for an eye infection, which claimed one eye. She watches for you at the window, and purrs on contact. At this stage she prefers to sit next to you. Faith plays with cat toys by herself and interactive ones with you. She enjoys watching wildlife out the window. She hasn’t met kids, but if they are patient, calm and kind, she should be fine. She would enjoy another cat for a companion after proper introductions. Faith needs a patient adopter willing to build her trust. She has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Siblings are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx.
