Meet Poppy, a 3-year-old, 48-pound pit bull mix with a heart as sweet as her name! Friendly, affectionate, and full of charm, Poppy loves being close to her people and soaking up all the love she can get. She can be a little reserved in new situations, but it doesn’t take long for her to warm up and show off her gentle, loyal personality.Poppy has shown potential to live with another dog, especially one who enjoys a calm and respectful companion. While she might not be the rough-and-tumble type, she could really enjoy the company of the right dog with a slow introduction. Because she’s a bit sensitive, she`d do best with kids 10 and up who can be kind and understanding of her needs.If you`re looking for a sweet, easygoing pup to share your life with, Poppy might just be the perfect match.
