My story

Meet Louie - a 2 year old English Bulldog - weighing in at 50 pounds. He is a sweet boy that loves the companionship of people - he could honestly care less about other animals - so does not need another dog in the home but if there is one he will basically just ignore it and do his own bulldog thing. We would not recommend a dog that is going to be in his face all the time as he would not appreciate that . We do not recommend a home with small kids for Louie - sometimes he likes to make sure nobody takes his chew toys - we think because he never had them before and he would knock a small kid down - older kids would be perfect. He does not need a real active family but a family with bulldog experience is a plus for sure. He is crate trained and housebroken and thinks he owns the furniture - but never met a bulldog that did not. He is a very handsome boy that is going to be a blessing to some lucky family If you are interested in adopting Louie - please go to our website www.boxerbuttsandothermutts.org and fill out the adoption application - that is the first step in our process - we do require vet reference checks and a home visit (we usually do the home visit at the same time we do a meet and greet) Louie's adoption fee is $250.00 - he is neutered, up to date on vaccines, current on monthly heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention, has had a full bloodwork panel done, a negative 4DX Heartworm test, dewormed and he is microchipped. As a reminder , all of our dogs are in private foster homes throughout Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina - we do not have a facility So get those applications in so this boy can get a new last name
