My story

Meet Pickle! Hey everyone! I'm Pickle, a sweet 50lb, 1.5-year-old American Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier mix looking for my forever home. My journey started a bit rocky when I was found abandoned, but thankfully, my amazing current owners rescued me. Surprise! I was also pregnant and gave birth to 9 beautiful puppies, all of whom have found wonderful homes! Now that I have some time to relax and play, I spend my days playing fetch with my two human toddlers—let's just say I could play all day! I love a good cuddle during naptime, but I'm also cool with finding my own cozy spot if needed. I'm pretty good at following basic commands like "sit" and "stay," and I don't mind my crate when my humans are away—just leave me some toys to chew on!  I do love the outdoors, so you might need to call my name a couple of times because I get a bit distracted by all the sunshine and fun things to see! While I'm working on my leash manners, I might pull a bit, but I'm improving every day. I’m looking for a new home where I can be the only pup, as I tend to get a little jealous with other dogs.
