Meet Rusty, URGENT GORGEOUS SWEET BOY WILL BE KILLED! HELP!! Rusty came into our shelter after his owners dumped him and turned their back and walked away we could tell Rusty was wondering where they were going and has been waiting for them to come back and they never did.
