My story

Hi there, I'm Lucy! I just wanted to take a minute to tell you a little about myself—because who knows? Maybe I’m the dog you've been waiting for. 🐾 I’m a sweet, goofy girl who came to my current rescue from another one, and now I’m hanging out in a foster home with some fellow pups. I get along great with other dogs and love having a buddy or two to chill or play with. Honestly, I’m pretty mellow—I love a good nap on the couch and consider myself a professional-level cuddler. (Seriously, I could win medals.) I absolutely adore people. Like, if there was a job for being a full-time attention hog, I’d be Employee of the Month every month. Whether it’s snuggling up, going for a ride in the car (which I’m super good at), or just being near you while you do your thing—I’m all in. I’m also really good when I go to the vet, and my manners are top-notch in the house (yep, I’m housetrained!). I’m great with older kids who know how to give a dog space when she needs it! I’d prefer a home without cats. Something about them just doesn’t sit right with me. 😅 I do shed a little, but I promise all the love and snuggles make up for it! If you’re looking for a loving, laid-back, and slightly silly new best friend who’s always down for a cuddle or a nap, I might just be your girl.
