This friendly, laid-back sweetheart is the definition of a gentle giant—easygoing, affectionate, and always happy to lean in for a good pet. Ringo walks wonderfully on leash, handling his size with surprising grace. He strolls along calmly, unfazed by other dogs passing by, and never pulls or causes a fuss. He’s non-reactive, polite, and a total pleasure to walk with. While some dogs are all about treats or toys, Ringo’s favorite reward is your attention. A few kind words and some scratches behind the ears are all he needs to be content. He’s not one to demand the spotlight, but he’ll quietly stick by your side, offering a calm and steady presence. If you’re looking for a loyal, low-key companion who just wants to be loved, Ringo is your guy. Come meet this sweet, soulful pup and see why everyone falls in love with him. As always, we strongly recommend bringing any resident dogs to the shelter for a meet and greet with potential new family members to be sure it's a good match. If bringing a dog for a meet and greet, please bring proof of up to date rabies, bordetella, and DHPP vaccines. To meet your future pet, come to Guilford County Animal Services between 12 and 4 any day except Tuesday!
