My story

Here's what my friends at the shelter have to say about me! "Coco is defeated. I stopped in my tracks when I saw her because I knew-she needed love, she needed hope, and she needed someone to see her. Right now, she barely fits in her kennel at the shelter, her skin is in bad shape, and she looks so uncomfortable. But under that suffering, there’s a heart that just wants to be held. She’s so easy to leash, walks like a dream, and melts into affection-she came right up to me, rested her head in my lap, and just stayed there. She wants love more than anything. I know there’s a joyful, playful baby waiting to come back to life in her. She’s also dog-friendly- she met two female pups with different energy levels and didn’t mind at all. She’s calm, gentle, and ready to heal. She just needs someone willing to give her a chance. If you can foster or adopt this sweet girl, please reach out. Coco deserves better. She deserves to be seen."
