My story

Meet Marius, the sweetest little boy, who’s ready to bring joy and love to his forever family! At just 7 months old, this adorable pup has his whole life ahead of him, and he`s hoping to spend it with a family who will help him grow into the amazing dog he`s meant to be.Marius is at the perfect age to start learning about the world and all the wonderful things it has to offer. Like any young pup, he`ll thrive with patience, love, and training to help him become the best boy ever. He is incredibly food motivated and does a great sit! Marius also knows how to walk nicely on a leash. No puppy deserves to grow up in a shelter, and Marius is eager to find a home where he can blossom and share his boundless love and joy. He is learning to contain his puppy energy and would like to meet any kiddos in the home prior to adoption to ensure a good fit. He is lucky to be in a foster home. where they say he keeps his kennel clean, loves treats and will work for them. He loves to cuddle. Marius is currently living with another dog in his foster home. Marius attends playgroups at the shelter and is very social with other dogs. Like all of our dogs, he would love to meet any doggies in the home prior to adoption to ensure a great match. Marius was able to go on a Dog Day Out recently and here is what they had to say, `We started our day with a hike—he was full of excitement at first but quickly settled into a nice rhythm after getting his initial energy out. Afterward, we treated him to a well-deserved pup cup (he’s a BIG fan!). Next stop was the pet store, where he picked out a new squeaky toy and had the best time tossing it around the car between snuggles with his backseat buddy. We also visited Tractor Supply, where he was very well-behaved around people and even sat politely for a treat at checkout. Once we got back to our home—with 15 acres of open space—he had a blast playing fetch for a long stretch. Inside, he explored, found every human to snuggle with, and happily made himself at home. He hopped right in the car for every ride and clearly enjoyed cruising around with us. He craved human affection all day and came every time we called him. LOTS of toys would be perfect for this playful pup! We had a wonderful day with him and truly believe he’ll thrive in a home with people who can give him the exercise, love, and attention he deserves.
