Meet Dooley! This handsome 2-year-old is feeling just a little unsure in the big, noisy shelter—but we know that with time, patience, and love, his true personality will shine bright. He’s looking for a family who can give him a gentle, steady transition into his new home so he can feel safe and comfortable. Sometimes big changes can be a little scary, but we’re certain there’s a goofy, affectionate boy inside just waiting for the right people to help him come out of his shell. Once he feels at ease, you’ll get to see the sweet, loving companion he’s meant to be. Dooley can’t wait to meet you and start a lifetime of love, laughter, and wonderful memories together. This dashing gent would prefer to be the only male dog in the home but is open to meeting any lovely lady doggie siblings who might be waiting for him. Our staff will carefully handle all dog-to-dog introductions at the shelter to ensure a great match. Feel free to bring your pup along when you come to meet him! A meet-and-greet with all members of the household will be required to ensure he`s the perfect fit for your family!Dooley is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, and ready for his forever home!His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
