Elise LOVES loves loves other cats. She gets along easily with all the other cats she's been fostered with, she's so genuinely sweet and loving. Now safe in a foster home in Burbank, Elsie is shy of new people at first, but once she knows you, she's affectionate and chatty, and loves to be pet!
