My story

We can spot a great dog when we see one — and Freckles is it! This gorgeous 2-year-old Brittany Spaniel/Border Collie mix just joined The Rescue Train, and while we’re still getting to know her, one thing’s clear: she’s the whole package. With a heart full of gold and a gentle soul, Freckles is sweet, snuggly, and friendly with both people and other dogs. She walks beautifully on leash, is doing great with housebreaking, and loves nothing more than curling up beside you. She’s the kind of dog who makes everything feel a little warmer and a lot more wonderful. They say, “A face without freckles is like a sky without stars,” and this girl shines. She’ll be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption.
