After bravely completing heartworm treatment, he’s healthy, happy, and eager to start the next chapter of his life! Atticus is a curious, gentle soul who thrives on companionship and activity. He loves his walks, splashing in the pool, and feeling the wind in his fur on beach outings or car rides. Pup cups? Yes, please. Sniff mats? Even better. He loves to keep his brain busy and is always up for learning something new, especially if it earns your praise. Though independent in spirit, Atticus is deeply loyal once he bonds with you. He’s not just a pet, he’s a partner. A shadow. A calm, grounding presence who wants nothing more than to share life’s moments right by your side. Because Atticus prefers to soak up all the love himself, we recommend he goes to a cat-free home. He may be able to get along with select dogs, so please bring yours to see if they're compatible!
