My story

Hi there, I'm Peanut, a lab mix that was owner surrendered to a high kill shelter in Texas along with my mom, Cookie, and brothers and sisters. I am still excited to sniff out new adventures! Whether we're starting off in New Bark Town or enjoying a jaunt down Victory Road, I'll be happy to explore anything with my furever family. This cute face is no Smokescreen! Throw a Great Ball my way -- I know Swift, so I'll totally never miss!***PEANUT IS FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our adoption fee is $250 plus health certificate and transport (if you are out of state - varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, microchip (additional $12.99 registration fee required at time of adoption), spay/neuter, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
