Heartworm is a treatable disease that most dogs make a full recovery from. Crate trained: She has done best with free roam when home alone, which she prefers to being crated. She has been left alone with free roam for 7 hours regularly without issue. She appreciates a chewy to work on while she's home alone. Leash walking: Dog social: Nanny hasn't lived with dogs in our care, but her transfer shelter reports she does well with dog friends, and she's had nice greetings with dogs in passing. Cat social: Unknown Kid friendly: Unknown Nanny likes: - Snacks - Going for walks in quiet areas - Snuggling up in a comfy, warm spot near you Like her name suggests, Nanny is a kind and gentle girl who loves spending time with her people. Though a bit timid initially, she quickly blossoms and becomes an affectionate and fun-loving companion. She's content to chew on a bully stick or work on a Kong while you're at work, and she's always happy to welcome you home with a smile. This three-legged queen is a true gem!
