My story

Meet Lucille Need something hung on the ceiling? Have a spider that you just can't reach to get rid of? Then you might just need Lucille in your life! Lucille is our newest resident, and she has a little bit of time to spend with us to get her adoption ready, but we thought we'd go ahead and introduce her! Lucille is quite the character. She presents herself as a 5-month-old kitten, when in reality she is actually a year or possibly slightly older. She has a dainty little meow that can sound like she's talking to you; when you tell her not to do something, she will meow back and ask you "Why?" in that sweet little voice. Lucille has plenty of spunk to give you a good laugh. Aside from her playfulness, she does enjoy snuggles, to the point of making work hard to do. She prefers to lay halfway upside down with her tail on your shoulder and her head in the crook of your elbow. A most awkward way so that she ensures that she has your full and undivided attention. She'll hang out on your shoulder for hours on end if you let her. Lucille is a fun and affectionate young cat who loves getting butt pats. She wasn't thrilled about wearing the cat's pajamas for her photo shoot, but she didn't throw a fit either. The adoption fee for a cat/kitten is $100 and includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchipping.
