**Local adoption only: Dominic needs to be adopted by a family in the Central Florida region (Orlando area) who will commit to taking him to his follow-up puppy vetting appointments with PPR's vetting partner. These appointments have already been scheduled, and their cost is covered in the adoption donation.*** Hi, I’m Dominic! I'm an 8-week-old Labradoodle blend. I am a growing puppy, and we don't know how big I'll grow, but my mother is a 52 lb. Standard Poodle. I'm looking for kisses, cuddles, and a family who will love me forever. General Behavior: Dominic is a happy and playful puppy.  At 8 weeks old, he is still developing his personality.  We can tell you he is an adventurous, enthusiastic “wiggle butt”. Likes & Dislikes: As a young puppy, Dominic is still exploring the big wide world, but he already loves toys: the more, the more the merrier! He also loves cuddles and kisses. Training: As a relatively young pup, Dominic still has a lot to learn. He needs more practice with housetraining, walking on a leash, and basic manners, but he already loves car rides and sleeps in a dog bed at night. Medical: Dominic is a healthy boy! He still needs his final puppy vetting appointments. These have already been scheduled with PPR’s vetting partner, and his adopters must commit to taking him to these appointments. Their cost is covered in his adoption donation.  Other Animals: Dominic is good with other dogs of all sizes. He's even good with cats! Children: Gentle Dominic is good with children. Home: Dominic would do well whether he's downtown or down on the farm.  He is not picky and could live in an apartment, condo, or single family. He just needs someone who is around more often than not in the early months especially to help with his training, and to give him plenty of exercise.     Grooming:  So far, Dominic is smooth/flat haired but given that his mother is a Standard Poodle/Labradoodle, he may need regular brushing and professional grooming. Overall: Dominic will make a wonderful companion for a family who can raise him, train him, and love him forever. Has Dominic won your heart? Do you live in the Central Florida region?
