Are you looking to get two cats? Meet Frank and Burwinn! This dynamic duo must go home together! These two chonky boys are two quiet couch potatoes that enjoy lounging around with their family, and window watching. Burwinn is the more confident of the two, leading the way for Frank to blossom at his own pace. They both have experience living with older kids, and small breed dogs. Frank can get nervous around dogs so we request that your dog be cat savvy to help him, and Burwinn, transition into the home smoothly. They are both eager to meet you so come down to the shelter today! Change is hard for this cat. This cat will be very nervous when you first bring them home. You will need to set up a room with a litter box, food, and water. It will take days for this cat to become comfortable and confident in the new home. This cat will be going home with a behavior plan that will need to be followed in order for everyone to transition successfully. All cat adoption fees include; -spay/neuter -rabies vaccine -current distemper vaccines (may need additional boosters with your veterinarian) -FeLV/FIV blood test -microchip implanted & registered to the adopter -treatment of fleas/ticks/ear mites -veterinary exam and health certificate at Dakin -free vet exam within 30 days after adoption with participating veterinarians Most pets have also received other medical care while with us. Your veterinarian may recommend additional health care for your new pet.
