My story

Rango is a distinguished older gentleman with a calm presence that only comes from a life well lived. After spending ten cherished years with his beloved owner, Rango found himself in need of help after his mom sadly passed away. While it’s clear he was deeply loved, this boy has taken his new surroundings in stride. Described as quiet and serene by a relative, Rango has given us no reason to doubt her word. Instead of finding one comforting spot to hole up in like most new arrivals do, he scoped out the whole house and hand-picked his favorite areas. Whether it’s a sunny spot on the catio or a cozy bed tucked in a corner, Rango knows all the best spots for his old bones to relax. Rango isn’t flashy or demanding like a lot of the younger cats he’s encountered. All he wants is a soft landing where he can find peace and comfort in his golden years—no pun intended. If you’re looking for a wise, mellow companion to share your days with, Rango would love to be your friend!
