My story

Meet Clover! 11-year-old Clover (formerly Rover) has spent her entire life in a backyard because she was deemed "too hyper" as a puppy. For most of those years, she had another dog's companionship. In July 2024, Clover's owner passed away; her dog companion died the following month. Clover continued to live in the backyard alone, until a family member of her owner reached out for our help in giving her a better life. Clover became a Frosted Face on May 1st. As you can see in the photo's Clover is missing fur and has a skin issue, and she seemed to enjoy a warm, soothing welcome bath. Our veterinary team will be giving Clover a thorough exam and doing diagnostics to see what she needs to be healthy in her new life. We will add more information as Clover settles in. Stay tuned!
