Brought in as a stray, he’s spent the last **12 weeks—90 days—**waiting patiently for someone to see just how special he is.This mellow boy loves being brushed, petted, and cuddled. He’s a biscuit-making pro and spends his days loafing around, dreaming of a cozy window seat in a home of his own. Jeffrey also enjoys the company of other cats and would do well in a multi-cat household.While we’re unsure how he feels about dogs or children, he seems like he would do wonderfully with respectful kids who understand gentle love. With a little time and patience, Jeffrey is sure to become someone's loyal, snuggly best friend.He is neutered, litterbox trained, and up to date on all his vaccines, including rabies.
