What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I love to be loved, but on my own terms! Let's brush up on some canine body language together!I will need daily physical activity to keep me healthy and happy!My foster writes: Zella Bella! This 10 month old cutie patootie is ready to shower you with love and affection. A certified lap dog and cuddle buddy, Zella is a friendly girl who loves to be close to her favorite people. She has proven to be an excellent running buddy, staying right by your side as you both reach your fitness goals! After a run or walk she likes to spend time searching for treats in her Kong or chewing on a bone. When she's not out and about or playing she can be found sun bathing like a baked potato or snoozing on her favorite chair or bed.Zella's past is a mystery and she has some basic manners she's working on but she is eager for you to guide her! She has already mastered some commands and will do anything for a dog treat or a healthy snack like cucumber, chickpeas or blueberries!It's hard not to fall in love with Zella! She has the prettiest blue eyes and signature pittie smile. If you're ready for a pup to keep you on your toes and keep you company, she is your girl!My foster writes: Zella is a 9-month-old, sweet puppy who lives for cuddles! She's a nap queen who adores sleeping in her crate with her toys and has a serious love for peanut butter (her all-time favorite enrichment treat). Zella enjoys going on walks, though she can get a little scared around some dogs and is learning to overcome that fear with her foster parent. She's a quick learner - in just her first few days with her foster, she picked up how to give her paw and patiently wait for her release command before eating. She also loves enrichment toys, sleeping on her back like a goofball, and curling up on the couch.Zella is currently building her confidence around other dogs and little kids, and she's making wonderful progress.
