My story

Cow is a 7-year-old sweetheart who was found as a stray but clearly knows the comforts of a cozy home. With his gorgeous fur and adorable loaf position, he’s impossible not to fall in love with! Cow is a friendly and mellow guy who’s especially fond of wet food and good company. When Cow was in foster care, he was respectful of the foster's cat and didn't invade her space, so he may do fine with another cat with a slow introduction. Cow is affectionate, a little lazy, likes his own space now and then but is usually very eager to socialize. He enjoys interactive play with his person and would do best in a home where he can get lots of attention. In return he will shower you lots of headbutts and flop over next to you for pets and cuddles. Cow is a mature kitty, but still has plenty of love (and purrs!) to give. We are often on the line with another client, but we return voice mail and emails within 24 hours. All cat adoption fees include; -spay/neuter -rabies vaccine -current distemper vaccines (may need additional boosters with your veterinarian) -FeLV/FIV blood test -microchip implanted & registered to the adopter -treatment of fleas/ticks/ear mites -veterinary exam and health certificate at Dakin -free vet exam within 30 days after adoption with participating veterinarians Most pets have also received other medical care while with us. Your veterinarian may recommend additional health care for your new pet.
