My story

Adoption Donation: $200 Meet Biscuit – The Chill Cuddle King Biscuit is a handsome orange tabby boy who lost his home due to a move, but he’s taking it all in stride with his signature laid-back charm. He’s lived with kids, cats, and dogs, and gets along well with everyone. Biscuit is the definition of “Mr. Independent”—he enjoys doing his own thing, lounging in cozy spots, and catching plenty of ZZZZs. But when he’s ready for love, he’s all about the cuddles. If you’re looking for a mellow, low-maintenance companion with a soft spot for snuggles, Biscuit is the one. Come meet this chill king and give him the forever home he deserves! All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats). A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals. We look forward to seeing you soon!
