This adorable pup has a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging.Billy Ray loves people, is fantastic with other dogs (big and small) and with kids — the more playmates, the better! While Billy Ray hasn’t met a cat yet, his friendly, curious nature suggests he will adjust well with a proper introduction. Like any good pup, Billy Ray will play hard and nap hard.Toys? Yes, please! Whether it’s a squeaky ball, plushy friend, or a tough bone, Billy Ray is all about them. Billy Ray is learning to walk on a leash and getting better every day. He’s also learning to stay in a crate. He loves as many pets and belly rubs as he can get!The best part? Billy Ray, despite being only a pup, knows it’s outside for the business. 🏡If you're ready to add a playful, sweet, and affectionate, pup to your life, Billy Ray is ready to meet you!Billy Ray is available as part of our Foster to Adopt Program - what this means is that his adoptive family (once approved through the adoption process), will act as his foster family until he is of age to be neutered and his puppy vaccinations are completed. Foster to Adopt families MUST be located within 1 hour driving distance of our location. This is because puppies will have several clinic visits for vaccination updates and our veterinary partners are all in the Raleigh, NC area.***Please Note: All the available dogs listed on our website are getting spoiled in private foster homes. If someone has caught your eye and you wish to arrange a meet and greet, we do need you to fill out the adoption application. When your adoption application is received our screening team will verify the information given. Once your application has been confirmed and approved, we will be send it over to the foster parent for review to determine if your home is a good match for the dog. In the event one lucky dog receives multiple applications, please know we do not select based on a first come basis. We try our best to select the best-fit for our animals and families. ***
