My story

Hey there! I'm Kirby &#194&#151 The Spunky Pup Ready to Steal Your Heart! I'm about 8 months old, a lively Pit mix weighing in at around 40 lbs of pure puppy energy! Found near Rockbrook Drive in Rockwall back in March, I'm still waiting for my forever family to come along and share all the love and fun I've got to offer. I'm sweet, silly, and full of zest&#194&#151I love to run, play, and figure out all the puppy games. Right now, I'm mastering the art of walking like a true gentleman on a leash, and I'm working on my crate and house training skills. Got patience? Great! I'll need some help learning my basic commands too. Since I'm such a playful guy, I'd do best in an adult-only home or with kids 16 and up who can keep up with my puppy antics. I'm neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. My adoption fee is $125. Because I'm still a baby, meet and greets are by approved application only. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
