Shelter life was overwhelming for her with too much stress and not enough space. Since moving into a foster home, she’s completely transformed. Her foster describes her as “probably the sweetest dog I’ve ever met” and that’s coming from someone not easily impressed. She’s currently living in a foster home with other dogs, cats, and even a horse. Poppy is housebroken, crate-trained, and loves people. She’s affectionate and gentle, but also full of energy, and would thrive in an active home where she has space to run and play.
