My story

Lola:I am an easy-going lady, cuddly with my person, and I have good litter box manners! I will need a slow introduction to my new home, litter box, and any existing pets. My previous owner only had me for a short period of time so not much is known about how I will be in a home environment: I was the only pet with a single owner during that time. I am asthmatic, and the vet team here at the shelter will want to speak with potential adopters about my ongoing asthma are. COMPATIBILITY:Dogs: Possibly - no historyCats: Possibly - no historyKids: Older, cat savvy - Lola can be uncomfortable for lots of close handling so it is recommended that kids be able to respect her body language. If you think this cat could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by our Nevins Farm Adoption Center in Methuen. We have open adoption hours Tuesday - Sunday from 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm with no appointment or application needed. You are welcome to enter our cat adoption room during open hours. Staff and volunteers will be happy to assist you!
