My story

O'Malley is a sweet, shy boy who came into our care as a stray. While we don't know much about his past, we can tell that he's a gentle soul who's been slowly learning to trust.O'Malley has shown us that he feels most comfortable with the companionship of another cat. For that reason, he'll need to go to a home with a friendly, confident resident feline who can help show him the ropes and continue to build his confidence.He'll thrive in a calm, patient environment with a cat-savvy adopter who understands that shy cats blossom with time, space, and gentle encouragement.If you're looking to add a second cat to your home and your current kitty is sociable and kind, O'Malley could be the perfect match.Do you think you could be O'Malley their person? Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday noon to 3pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or 2.)Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
