My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Cat Holding 2:17Richmond may look like he's deep in thought with his serious expression, but the only thing he's truly serious about is getting as close to you as possible. This guy is all about affection – whether he's burying his face in your chest, arm, or lap, he's happiest when he's snuggled up and soaking in pets. Richmond is sweet talker who will let you know he's ready for all the attention you can give him. Though he's currently working through a skin condition, it's already improving, and it certainly doesn't dampen his spirit.
