Submit application to meet dog if interested - yes an application is required******** Meet Bandit! This little guy is around 2 years old weighing in at 16 pounds. We believe he's a Shih Tzu mix.... maybe some Border Collie? Either way- he's a wonderful mix of snuggly and playful! Bandit loves to go for walks, ride in cars and play fetch. When he gets tired from playing, he's looking for a lap to cuddle up in. Bandit is crate trained for nighttime and never puts up a fuss about it! He is house broken, and very food-motivated. He doesn't really seem to like cats, but he'd do well with other dogs! He is up to date on his vaccines, and ready to find himself his forever family! We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs. All our dogs have been treated with de-wormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 months or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption. We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts. We are in the Rochester NY area and adopt dogs out to area residents. We are registered in NY State with the Dept of Agriculture RR #033 and a registered 501c3 Non-Profit.
