She and her four kittens were left behind when the former tenants of a home moved out. Unfortunately, the current tenants couldn`t keep them due to having large dogs.Penelope`s foster parents have nothing but praise for her, saying she was a fantastic mother to her kittens. Now that her kittens are ready to find their own homes, it`s Penelope`s turn to find a loving forever home where she can relax and be cherished.If you`re looking for a calm and affectionate companion, Penelope is the perfect choice.
