My story

Meet Mako, an 8-year-old mastiff mix is 80-pounds of pure love and the most soulful eyes you’ll ever stare into! This well-mannered gentleman walks perfectly on leash, knows his basic commands, and is fully house-trained. Dog-friendly and wonderful with children of all ages, Mako's favorite thing is leaning against you for pets—his sweet way of asking for more affection. Found abandoned at a local school with a limp and a blind eye, Mako has made a remarkable recovery. His limp is completely gone, and the removal of his blind eye has given him a fresh start and improved comfort.
