My story

Hail to the Chief! "The capacity for love makes dogs such rewarding companions." And Chief will be a devoted and fun part of his new family! Why we love him: Chief is so smart, good natured and congenial. We truly enjoy spending time with him! He is three years old and weighs 58 pounds. Chief is so handsome with his tri colored coat and warm brown eyes. We love how he holds up one of his ears - it makes him look so endearing! Chief is an enthusiastic, well mannered companion on daily walks. He also has such fun running and playing in the fenced yard. Chief enjoys sitting with you to be petted and especially appreciates a treat. He will reward you with a precious doggy smile as thanks. Chief is so happy-go-lucky and a joy to be around! He has had the best time in play groups with his fellow shelter companions. If you have another dog, we do require a meet and greet to ensure compatibility. Chief is very bright and should master any commands you wish to teach him. Chief has represented the shelter at offsite events and was great ambassador who did well with everyone he met. He had the best time! Chief will be such a fine family dog! We are so grateful to Joel Alexander for his beautiful photos of our dogs. E-mail ccacangels@yahoo.com for more information! Please come visit! We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt CHIEF, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
