My story

Meet Anubis, a handsome boy with the cutest little mouth. He loves a good game of tug-of-war, a round of fetch, and then-get ready-the zoomies! Anubis came to Foothills due to a change in his previous family's situation. When he's not showing off his athletic abilities, Anubis is a curious observer. He loves gazing out the window and keeping tabs on all the neighborhood happenings. He's also crate savvy and in his previous home had access to go in and out of this safe space as he pleased.We've heard from our volunteers that Anubis is eager to greet them for his walks. He is playful, exhibits calm energy when walking, knows how to sit and perhaps other cues, takes treats gently, and will lean in for pets.Anubis would thrive with an active adopter who can match his playful energy and provide him with structure, love, and a spot by the window - could this be you?
