My story

Magic can't wait to leave the shelter behind and find a quiet new home and bestie. His previous owner described him as a loving kitty who adored greeting visitors, soaking up attention, and showing off his playful side. He could also be chatty, and he would reportedly come running when his name was called. :) Having spent his entire life with the same human, Magic has understandably found his arrival at the shelter stressful and, in this strange and busy environment, has been having a hard time opening up to people. He is seeking an adopter willing to take a chance on him, understanding that he's unlikely to show off his best self until he's had time to build trust with someone outside of the shelter. Given the opportunity to decompress on his own timeline, we expect the adorable personality that so charmed his last owner will reemerge. For his comfort, he's available to a household with kids aged 10+ or no kids at this time.Magic lived with two small dogs in his previous home and even enjoyed playing with them when they weren't being overly rambunctious.
