My story

Taffy (approximately 41 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. She is an absolute DOLL - outgoing, friendly, & charming and the first three words that come to mind when thinking about this lady. Taffy is a smart girl who seems to know the "sit" command, and she's happy to show this off for you in exchange for a treat. She has never met a stranger and is affectionate with pretty much every human she encounters. This is the kind of dog who thrives on human affection - she even preferred cuddles to snacks during her veterinary exam! We do not know if Taffy ever lived with other dogs, but she has been interested in and non-reactive to the dogs that she has encountered here.
