Meet Gracie Gray – A Gentle Soul Ready to Blossom in a Loving Home Hi there, I’m Gracie Gray — a petite beauty with soft gray fur, a quiet heart, and a whole lot of love to give. I was rescued from the Sacramento SPCA after my previous family surrendered me due to having “too many cats.” Now I’m safe in a San Francisco foster home, and I'm looking for a forever family who will treasure me for the sweet, sensitive companion I am. At just around 7 pounds, I’m a dainty little cat with a tender purrsonality. I might be shy at first — loud noises and new people can feel a little scary — but give me the time and space to feel safe, and I’ll start to bloom right in front of you. Once I trust you? That’s when the magic happens. I’ll trot over to greet you, especially if you’re bringing food, and rub up against you with happy purrs. I love curling up next to you for gentle pets and quiet companionship. I don’t need to be the center of attention — just a steady presence in your life, quietly loving you in the background (and the foreground, once I warm up). I also have a playful side! One of my favorite pastimes is rolling around with my catnip kicker toy — I’ve got some silly moves once I feel comfortable enough to show them off. I’ve lived with other cats before, and I’m open to a calm, confident feline friend — or I’d be purrfectly happy as your one and only. My ideal home? Quiet, peaceful, and filled with gentle energy. A human who’s patient, kind, and happy to let me come out of my shell at my own pace. Someone who understands that the best kind of love is sometimes the softest — and the most rewarding.
