My story

Bowie is a one year old male Shepherd mix, who has a heart-melting presence that makes you instantly fall in love with him. He is a little shy when meeting someone new, but in such an endearing way, where he will lower his head slightly as if hoping for your approval and affection. Once he warms up, Bowie’s sweet loving nature takes center stage, and it's easy to see what a special companion he is. He is a calm and easygoing walking buddy, perfectly happy to stroll beside you and soak in your company. Plus, he will make a perfect couch buddy for movie night, since he loves nothing more than being close beside you to spend time together. So whether you're looking for a devoted best friend or a gentle family dog, Bowie fits the bill beautifully. Spend a little time with this precious boy, and he is sure to capture your heart. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA.
